We are not required to accept every listing, advertisement, business model, message, organization, campaign, website request, or promotional request. Listings, featured placements, promotions, links, business profiles, advertising pages, graphics, QR campaigns, directory placements, and website visibility services may be approved, declined, paused, edited, limited, rejected, or removed at our discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Approval may be based on brand fit, business standards, local value, service area, message alignment, public presentation, website quality, customer trust, community reputation, lawful business activity, and alignment with our M.A.G.A., America First, Texas Strong, and East Texas mission.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting a business, advertisement, listing request, contact form, payment request, website request, graphic request, or advertising inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, publication, placement, ranking, results, or continued visibility. Port of Winlock and Act Now Media LLC reserve the right to decline, remove, refuse, pause, or modify any listing, advertisement, business profile, link, image, category, statement, claim, promotion, or service request for any reason permitted by law.

7. No Competitor Advertising Promise

When a business is given an individual listing page on Port of Winlock, our intent is to make that page about that business. We do not design individual business listing pages for the purpose of sending visitors directly to competitors through cluttered competitor ads, irritating popups, or unrelated distractions. However, Port of Winlock may display sitewide navigation, categories, featured listings, internal links, sponsor placements, advertising areas, banners, and related content as part of normal website operation.
